Shell77 Terms & Conditions for Secure and Responsible Play

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual account holder and Shell77 in relation to access to Shell77.cam. References to “the platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Shell77, while “player”, “you”, and “your” mean the person who accesses or uses the platform.

The agreement includes these Terms & Conditions together with the Shell77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling information, promotion-specific rules, game rules, and any payment or sportsbook conditions displayed before a transaction or wager is confirmed. Where a promotion has additional rules, those rules apply to that promotion. If there is a conflict, the more specific provision will apply to the relevant transaction, bonus, game, or bet.

Shell77 may update this agreement to reflect operational, security, payment, product, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will take effect when published or on any later date stated in the notice. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.

2Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• Account means the personal Shell77 profile created and verified for one eligible player.
• Bonus Funds means promotional value provided subject to separate eligibility, validity, game-contribution, and wagering conditions.
• Cash Balance means cleared funds that may be used in accordance with the platform rules and, where permitted, withdrawn.
• KYC means identity, age, ownership, source-of-funds, or other verification checks reasonably requested by Shell77.
• Payment Method includes a supported e-wallet, bank account, transfer service, or cryptocurrency wallet held in the player’s name.
• Wager means a casino stake, sportsbook bet, live football bet, lottery entry, or other permitted gaming transaction accepted by Shell77.

3Account Eligibility

You may register only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and are permitted to use online gambling services under the laws that apply to you. Shell77 does not represent that access is lawful in every location. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local requirements before using Shell77.

You must register personally and may not create an account for another person. Only one Shell77 account is permitted per player, household, device group, payment profile, or shared network where multiple registrations indicate duplication or abuse. Shell77 may merge, restrict, or close duplicate accounts and may remove bonuses or winnings obtained contrary to this rule.

Registration details must be complete, current, and accurate. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential information, mobile number, and any requested identity details. Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and elsewhere are subject to the same eligibility and verification standards.

4Account Security and Verification

You are responsible for keeping your Shell77 username, password, verification codes, and device access secure. Account credentials must not be shared, sold, transferred, or disclosed. Any activity completed using valid credentials may be treated as authorised unless Shell77 receives prompt notice of suspected compromise.

Shell77 may request MyKad or other government-issued identification, a current photograph, proof of address, bank or e-wallet ownership evidence, transaction records, or source-of-funds information. Documents must be genuine, readable, and unaltered. Verification may be required before a deposit is accepted, a bonus is credited, or a withdrawal is released.

Shell77 may temporarily restrict an account while identity, payment ownership, security, or responsible gambling checks are completed. A restriction is not a finding of wrongdoing. It is a protective measure intended to safeguard players, payments, and the integrity of Shell77.

5Deposits and Payment Methods

Shell77 may support MYR deposits through services such as Touch ’n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, subject to availability. Supported methods, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, processing estimates, and any applicable fees are displayed during the payment process and may change.

A payment method must belong to the verified Shell77 account holder. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned, and the account may be restricted pending review. Shell77 is not responsible for delays caused by banks, e-wallet providers, incorrect references, maintenance windows, network congestion, or incomplete payment authorisation.

Deposited funds are intended for genuine gaming activity and Shell77 is not a banking, remittance, or money-transfer service. A deposit followed by little or no reasonable play may require additional checks, and any refund will normally be returned through the original payment route where operationally possible.

6Withdrawals and Payout Reviews

Withdrawal requests must be made from the verified Shell77 account and, where possible, returned to a payment method held in the same legal name. Before processing a payout, Shell77 may confirm KYC completion, payment ownership, wagering compliance, account security, and whether gameplay is consistent with these Terms & Conditions.

E-wallet, bank, and cryptocurrency processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. Touch ’n Go eWallet or other e-wallet requests may take longer when recipient information is incorrect, a provider is unavailable, or an account requires manual verification. Bank transfers may also be affected by weekends, Malaysian public holidays, or the receiving bank’s processing schedule.

Shell77 may apply published daily, weekly, transaction, or account-tier withdrawal limits. A request above the applicable limit may be paid in instalments. Shell77 will not cancel a valid completed payout merely because the player later disputes a properly authorised withdrawal destination.

7Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Shell77 promotions may include welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, free bets, crypto deposit incentives, or loyalty rewards. Each Shell77 promotion may have its own minimum deposit, qualifying games, wagering multiplier, odds requirement, expiry date, maximum conversion amount, and withdrawal limit.

Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable unless the relevant offer expressly states otherwise. Casino games may contribute at different percentages toward wagering. Sportsbook bets may need to meet minimum odds and settlement requirements. Voided, cashed-out, opposing, hedged, or low-risk bets may not qualify.

Shell77 may withhold a promotional reward and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated activity, irregular betting patterns, bonus cycling, payment reversal, identity mismatch, or manipulation intended to obtain an unfair advantage. Legitimate cash deposits will be handled according to the remaining provisions of this agreement.

8Casino Games and Sports Betting

Game rules, payout tables, return-to-player information, bet limits, settlement rules, and sportsbook market conditions form part of this agreement. You should review the applicable rules before placing a Shell77 wager. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific feature permits it.

Sports bets covering the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, or other events are settled using the official result or the result recognised by the relevant data source after the applicable period of play. Markets may be voided where an event is abandoned, postponed, incorrectly offered, or affected by an obvious pricing or data error.

A displayed balance, odds value, jackpot, result, or payout caused by an obvious technical, feed, settlement, or software error does not create a valid entitlement. Shell77 may correct the affected transaction to the value that would have applied without the error. Shell77 will review genuine disputes using available system and transaction records.

9Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Shell77 to engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or technically harmful activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• providing false information, forged documents, or a payment method belonging to another person;
• collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping, coordinated betting, or use of inside information;
• using bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated wagering software, or unauthorised technical assistance;
• exploiting errors, delayed data, bonus rules, payment reversals, or platform vulnerabilities;
• attempting to bypass Shell77 age checks, location controls, self-exclusion, account restrictions, or security systems;
• threatening support staff, submitting malicious content, or interfering with another player’s account.

Where Shell77 reasonably identifies prohibited conduct, it may suspend access, void affected wagers, remove improperly obtained rewards, request further evidence, or close the account. Serious or suspected unlawful activity may be reported where required by applicable obligations.

10Responsible Gambling

Shell77 is intended for entertainment by players aged 21 and above. Gambling must never be treated as guaranteed income, an investment, or a method of recovering financial losses. Players should set a budget in MYR, avoid using borrowed money, and stop when play is no longer enjoyable.

Shell77 may provide deposit limits, cool-off periods, session controls, marketing preferences, and self-exclusion tools. A request to self-exclude will be applied in accordance with the selected period and cannot be reversed merely because the player changes their mind. Attempts to create another Shell77 account during exclusion breach this agreement.

11Privacy and Communications

Shell77 processes personal information for account administration, identity checks, security, payment processing, responsible gambling, customer support, dispute handling, and service improvement. Further information about collection, retention, lawful use, and player rights is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Operational messages concerning security, account status, transactions, policy updates, and responsible gambling may be sent where necessary to administer the Shell77 account. Marketing preferences can be managed separately, but opting out of promotions does not prevent essential account communications.

Players must keep contact details current. Shell77 is not responsible where an important notice cannot be delivered because the player supplied an incorrect email address, mobile number, or other contact detail.

12Suspension, Closure, and Dormant Accounts

You may request closure of your Shell77 account, subject to completion of pending wagers, withdrawals, security checks, or unresolved disputes. Account closure does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before closure. A player seeking protection from further gambling should request self-exclusion rather than ordinary closure.

Shell77 may suspend or close an account for breach of these conditions, failed verification, security concerns, payment disputes, prolonged inactivity, prohibited conduct, or operational necessity. Where permitted and appropriate, legitimate remaining funds will be returned after outstanding reviews and deductions are completed.

Dormant-account rules or administrative charges will apply only if clearly notified in advance. Shell77 may attempt to contact the player using the latest verified details before applying a dormant status.

13Liability and Service Availability

Shell77 uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to maintain stable access, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, device incompatibility, internet failure, telecommunications disruption, payment-provider downtime, cyber incidents, and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shell77 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from unavailable service, player device failure, unauthorised credential sharing, or decisions made using sports information presented for general reference. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Players remain responsible for confirming wagers before submission, maintaining a reliable device and internet connection, and reviewing the Shell77 transaction history. Suspected discrepancies should be reported promptly with the relevant date, amount, game, market, and transaction reference.

14Complaints and Dispute Review

A complaint should first be submitted to Shell77 support with sufficient information to identify the issue. The player should include the account username, relevant transaction or wager reference, date, amount in MYR, and a concise explanation. Sensitive passwords or one-time verification codes must never be included.

Shell77 will investigate using account records, payment confirmations, game logs, sportsbook data, and communications. Additional identity or ownership evidence may be requested. Players must cooperate in good faith and allow a reasonable period for review, particularly where an external payment provider is involved.

If the player disagrees with the initial response, the matter may be requested for further internal review. Records maintained by Shell77 will be considered authoritative unless a clear technical or factual error is established.

15General Provisions and Contact

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure by Shell77 to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right. You may not transfer an account or assign rights under this agreement without prior written approval.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement concerning use of Shell77. Headings assist readability and do not limit the meaning of a clause. English is the controlling language of the agreement.
